All reservations are subject to the Marin County Hotel Tax of 14%
In the event of a PG&E power outage that is out of our control, we do not offer refunds for power outages
We are in a rural environment and sometimes, despite our best efforts, the natural world can find their way into our cottages. We do not give refunds for spider, ant or fly sightings. In the event that you encounter a critter in your cottage, we will do our best to help escort it out of your cottage and if there is availability, we might be able to move you to a different cottage if that would make you more comfortable.
Only coffee, tea & hot cocoa are provided at this time. We are no longer providing breakfast items.
For safety concerns, we do not allow kids five and under.
To make your reservation: There are two ways to use the Availability Calendar. You may either:
Move your cursor to your desired date on the calendar and a window with pricing information will pop open. Click on the date and a new box will pop up asking you how many nights you'd like to book and take you through the reservation process. You may also use the arrow keys in the upper left corner to navigate to your desired date on the calendar
OR
Click on the calendar icon under the words "Arrival Date" in the upper left corner of the Availability Calendar and enter your desired arrival date. Cottages that have availability on the date you entered will be displayed. If there are no cottages available on the date you've entered, you will see a blank calendar. Please Note: You need to click on "Clear Filter" in order to check another date.

A 25% deposit is required to hold a reservation.

We cannot offer early check-ins or late departures because our housekeepers, Elvira, Juan and Rosa, need the time to prepare the cottages for the next guests.
Pets are welcome in our Skye and Acacia cottages only. Limit: two per cottage. No dogs are allowed in our Beach and Birch cottages.
We do not maintain a waiting list for our cottages because cancellations are so rare. When there is a cancellation, the calendar below will reflect that immediately so your best bet is to check back here to see if something has opened up.
Cancellation Policy: - A 25% deposit is required to hold a reservation. - If you need to cancel or change your reservation with us, we ask that you do so at least two weeks (14 days) before your arrival. - Please note: All cancellations will incur a $25 cancellation fee per cottage. - Reservations cancelled or changed less than two weeks (14 days) in advance will result in the forfeiture of the deposit plus a $25 cancellation fee per cottage. - To insure clarity, please make all cancellations via email to dancingcoyotebeachcottages@gmail.com - All cancellations made after 3pm (24 hours before scheduled check-in time) the day before the scheduled arrival day will result in the forfeiture of the whole reservation fee. - If you arrive and choose to leave before the end of your reservation, the nights not spent can not be refunded. -In the event of a PG&E power outage, we do not offer refunds.
