- Check out our calendar below for the latest availability, which includes recent cancellations.
- All reservations must be made online. If you need help, please call 415-669-7200.
- Weekends require a minimum two-night stay (either Friday-Saturday or Saturday-Sunday). Occasionally, our software mistakenly allows one-night bookings on weekends. If you book for just one weekend night, expect a follow-up from us to adjust or cancel the reservation.
- Reservations can only be made up to 90 days in advance.
- All reservations are subject to the Marin County Hotel Tax of 14%.
- During PG&E power outages beyond our control, we do not offer refunds.
- Nature sometimes finds its way into our rural cottages despite our best efforts. We don't provide refunds for sightings of spiders, ants, or flies. However, if you encounter a critter, we'll assist in escorting it out and, if possible, offer an alternative cottage if available.
- Currently, we offer coffee, tea, and hot cocoa only. Breakfast items are no longer provided.
- For safety, we do not accommodate children five years old and under.
The calendar below displays current availability, including recent cancellations. All bookings must be completed online. Weekend stays require a minimum of two nights, and reservations open just 90 days in advance.
Our cottages exist in harmony with their natural surroundings. While we maintain them meticulously, occasional encounters with local wildlife – spiders, ants, etc. – are part of the experience. We'll assist with relocating any unwelcome visitors.
For those traveling with dogs, our Acacia cottage welcomes a maximum of two well-behaved dogs (additional fee applies). Beach and Birch cottages remain pet-free retreats.
A 25% deposit secures your reservation, with final payment processed the day before arrival. Check-in begins at 3 pm, check-out by 11 am – allowing our housekeeping team to prepare each space.
Should plans change, please note our cancellation policy includes a modest rebooking fee. All adjustments should be communicated via email to dancingcoyotebeachcottages@gmail.com.

- Insects sometimes find their way indoors through opened doors and windows. We don't offer refunds for insect sightings, but we'll gladly help escort them out.
- Each cottage is stocked with some basics for you; locally sourced coffee beans, organic tea, hot cocoa, sugar and salt & pepper.
- For safety, we do not accommodate children five years old and under.
Making Your Reservation
There are two simple ways to use our Availability Calendar:
Option 1
- Hover over your desired date on the calendar, and a window will pop up with pricing information.
- Click on your preferred arrival date, and a new box will appear, guiding you through the reservation process. You can also use the arrow keys in the upper left corner to navigate to your desired end date on the calendar.
Option 2
- Click on the calendar icon below "Arrival Date" in the upper left corner of the Availability Calendar and input your desired arrival date.
- Available cottages for your chosen date will be displayed. If no cottages are available, you'll see a blank calendar.
Please Note: Remember to click "Clear Filter" to check another date
Reservation Guidelines:
- To secure your reservation, a 25% deposit is required.
- Check-in time is at 3 pm, and check-out time is 11 am.
- Unfortunately, we're unable to accommodate early check-ins or late departures, as our dedicated housekeeping team—Elvira, Maria, and Maria—need time to prepare the cottages for our next guests.
- We happily welcome pets in our Acacia cottage only with a limit of two well-behaved dogs per cottage. A dog fee of $50 per reservation applies. Please note that no dogs are allowed in our Beach and Birch cottages.
- If there's a cancellation, the calendar will be updated immediately. Your best bet is to check back here for any newly available dates, as we don't maintain a waiting list for our cottages.
Cancellation and Rebooking Policy:
- Please keep in mind that any adjustments or cancellations to your reservation will incur a $25 booking fee per cottage, so please be sure of your dates when you book.
- If you do need to cancel your reservation within two weeks (14 days) of your arrival, your 25% deposit will be forfeited and you will be charged a $25 booking fee per cottage.
- For all cancellations, please let us know via email at dancingcoyotebeachcottages@gmail.com
- Any cancellations made after 3 pm the day before your scheduled check-in will result in the full reservation fee being charged.
- We'll run your credit card the day before your reservation begins. If there are any issues with payment, we'll reach out to discuss, but please note that failure to process may result in cancellation.
- If your plans change and you depart before your reservation ends, we won't be able to refund the nights you don't stay.
- We aren't able to offer refunds in the event of power outages.
